Yes. Our extensions are made from premium Remy human hair, helping to create a natural look, feel and finish.

How many packs will I need?

The number of packs required depends on your natural hair and the look you’re trying to achieve.

For added volume, fewer packs may be suitable, while a full transformation may require more. If you’re unsure, speak to your stylist or contact us for advice.

Can I colour my extensions?

As our extensions are made from real human hair, they can be coloured. However, we recommend choosing the closest shade when purchasing, as colouring extensions may affect their condition.

Can I use heat styling tools?

Yes. You can curl, straighten and style your extensions just like your natural hair.

Always use a heat protectant to help maintain the hair’s condition.

How long do Chevelle extensions last?

With the correct care and maintenance, Chevelle extensions can last for several months. Lifespan will vary depending on daily care, styling habits and how often they are worn.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times will be shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Can I return my order?

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
